　　申請人（學(xué)生）家長如與我校的教學(xué)理念和教育方法具有共識，認(rèn)同我校宗旨和理念，并能長期支持雙語雙文化教育，請與我校招生部聯(lián)絡(luò)，安排參加周末校長見面會或平日參觀學(xué)校。

　　We expect parents to support the YK Pao School educational philosophy and teaching approach. We welcome the parents who are open-minded, share our School’s educational philosophy and are prepared to support bilingual education. Please make an appointment with the Admissions Office to arrange Introductory Meeting or School Visit.

　　Please download the Application Form from our website or request it from our Admissions Office. Submit the required documents together with the Application Form to the Admissions Office.

　　* 報(bào)名截止日Applications for entry into the 2012-2013 Academic Year:

　　2012-2013 學(xué)年一年級新生報(bào)名截止日為2012年1月31日。

　　轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)生面試定在2011年10月，12月，2012年3日，6月。具體請咨詢學(xué)生處。

　　Year 1:? applications for entry at this level must be received by 31 January 2012.

　　Transfer students:?? Interviews will be held either in October and December 2011, and March and June 2013.

　　We expect parents to support our educational philosophy and teaching approach. We welcome parents who are open-minded, share our School’s educational philosophy and are prepared to support the bilingual education programme at our school. Please contact us to arrange an appointment with the Admissions Office. Normally Introductory Meetings by the Principals are conducted on weekends. 　　學(xué)生/家長面談 Student Assessment / Parent Interview

　　申請的學(xué)生要參加學(xué)校的面談和測試，進(jìn)一步了解我校是否適合您的孩子教育發(fā)展需求。根據(jù)學(xué)生面談情況，部分申請人家長會在學(xué)生面談后被邀請面談。

　　We would like to meet each potential student to see whether the School is suited to his/her educational needs. Please contact the Admissions Office to arrange this. Some parents will be invited for interview following the interview of their child.

　　對家長期望 Expectation to Parents

　　父母需要認(rèn)同包玉剛實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校的教育理念和教育方式，能夠長期支持雙語雙文化教育，并能閱讀、理解學(xué)校的中英文信函。家長和孩子都需要建立電子郵件賬戶和能夠使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。

　　Parents should recognize and be willing to cooperate with the School’s philosophy and methodology, and they should be prepared for a long term commitment to supporting their child’s bilingual education. Parents are expected to have a high enough level of Chinese and/or English that they can receive correspondence in both languages from the School. Parents and children are also required to have email and internet access.

　　錄取通知 Acceptance

　　在學(xué)校有名額的前提下，我們會錄取合格的學(xué)生。錄取和新生注冊時(shí)間會以電郵和書面形式通知家長。申請人如未被錄取，可能會被列入學(xué)校的等候名單，一旦學(xué)校有名額，我們會立刻通知家長。

　　Successful students will be accepted, provided that a space is available.? Parents will be notified by e-mail and a written Acceptance Notice will be mailed. Students who are not accepted at this time may be placed on the waiting list until a space becomes available.

　　學(xué)額確認(rèn) Placement Confirmation

　　學(xué)生如被錄取, 請按錄取通知書和財(cái)務(wù)部通知的時(shí)間確認(rèn)學(xué)額。按時(shí)支付了保證金(不可退回，不可轉(zhuǎn)讓) 的學(xué)生才能被確認(rèn)取得學(xué)額，并可以參加開學(xué)前的各項(xiàng)活動；沒有按時(shí)支付保證金其名額將被取消。

　　Parents need to confirm their place at YK Pao School by paying the Place Reservation Deposit indicated in the Payment note from the Finance Office. This deposit is non refundable and non transferable. Students will receive a notice from the School with regard to activities before the start of the term. If the applicant fails to pay the deposit in time, the applicant’s place will be withdrawn.
