China opposes to US charges against Chinese companies
美國制裁朝鮮 中國公司遭無妄之災(zāi)

China opposes any country using domestic laws to carry out "long arm jurisdiction" against Chinese entities or individuals, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said Tuesday.
本周二，中國外交部一名發(fā)言人表示說，中國反對任何國家用其國內(nèi)法律來對中國實體或個人采取“長臂管轄”。

The US Department of Justice said it had filed criminal charges against China’s Dandong Hongxiang Industrial Development Co. and its executives for supporting the nuclear program of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s (DPRK), according to news reports.
據(jù)新聞報道，美國司法部表示，他們已經(jīng)對中國丹東鴻翔實業(yè)發(fā)展有限公司及其高管提起了刑事訴訟，其原因是他們對朝鮮的核項目提供了支持。

Spokesperson Geng Shuang said China’s position on the DPRK’s development of nuclear weapon and the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is clear and consistent.
外交部發(fā)言人耿爽指出，在朝鮮核武器發(fā)展以及朝鮮半島無核化等問題上，中國的立場是明確和始終如一的。

China has earnestly and faithfully been implementing UN Security Council Resolution 2270 and fulfilling its obligations in non-proliferation export controls, he said, adding that China’s efforts are well known by the international society.
耿爽指出中國切實、忠誠地執(zhí)行了聯(lián)合國安理會第2270號決議，并且履行了防止核擴散出口管制的義務(wù)。耿爽補充說道，中國的努力國際社會眾所周知。

Any person or company found in breach of the regulations will be punished, and if necessary China will cooperate with other countries on this on the basis of mutual respect and equality, Geng told a daily press briefing.
耿爽在一場每日例行新聞發(fā)布會上指出，任何違反這些規(guī)定的個人和公司都將受到懲罰，如果有必要的話，中國將在相互尊重和平等的基礎(chǔ)之上，和其他國家就該問題進行合作。

"We have made this position known during recent communications with the US side," Geng said.
