這一集劇情設計得很驚險，兩個愛好者自制炮彈，在家里弄著玩（老美厲害的，這個也可以在自家后院弄著玩）。因為是自制，所以很不穩(wěn)定；因為弄了很久沒發(fā)射成功，一位便站到前面查看，沒想到在把玩著的另一位卻不小心把炸彈送到了那一位的胸腔。醫(yī)生要開始動刀時才得知里面躺著的是炸彈，是隨時可能爆炸的炸彈，隨時危及整個醫(yī)院，危及那么多生命。到現(xiàn)在都沒爆炸是因為一個來醫(yī)院實習不到一個月的小姑娘要幫他止血時給按住了。事情開始嚴重了，于是請來了拆彈專家。拆彈專家同主治醫(yī)生一起研究一起設計方案。到此為主，整個劇情都是安排的很好，緊張刺激，富有節(jié)奏，也是目前為主GA里最驚險的一集。
