Dear Sir/Madam:

It is with deep regret that I tender my resignation from the (provide position and title) effective immediately as provided for under the terms and conditions of employment during the probationary period. In the short time I have been here, I have learnt a lot and I am even in greater awe of the company’s achievements.

I came to this decision painfully after continued deliberations on my part after accepting the offer and concluding that my family needs me more than anything else at this point (or provide other reason). They will be very disappointed of my decision too after having been so supportive of me taking up the offer; but I have strong belief in my conviction that my decision to resign is the bst.

在與公司正式簽訂合同之前，我向公司提出辭職申請(qǐng)，以下是我的辭職書(shū)。今我之請(qǐng)辭，既不為薪水待遇，亦不為制度約束，更不為人情世故，實(shí)為自身原因，個(gè)人問(wèn)題為要。

如水的時(shí)光匆匆流走，一去不回。來(lái)煙草的日子三月有余。這段時(shí)間，我經(jīng)歷了幾次系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)，經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)月的實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)，經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)月的單獨(dú)工作。幾個(gè)月下來(lái)，無(wú)論是從工作上還是為人上我都受益匪淺。煙草給了我們一柱光，照亮了我們前進(jìn)的路。但是朝向光走去的時(shí)候，身后總會(huì)有影子。我稍一回頭，瞥見(jiàn)了自己的影子。

我衷心感謝公司三個(gè)多月以來(lái)對(duì)我們的培養(yǎng)，感謝主任和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)理以及其他客戶(hù)經(jīng)理對(duì)我的幫助和照顧。即使是乍現(xiàn)的曇花也曾肆意的綻放過(guò)，即使是瞬息的流星也曾盡情的燃燒過(guò)。沒(méi)有遺憾，沒(méi)有怨言，便是一場(chǎng)圓滿(mǎn)的出演。雖然我并未成功，但是我努力過(guò)。我接受了煙草的培養(yǎng)，這在我的一生之中都沒(méi)齒難忘。煙草是個(gè)華麗而精美的舞臺(tái)，在這個(gè)舞臺(tái)上都該是最為精湛的表演，最為曠世的奇觀。我深感自身能力不足，缺陷之深，不能在此跳出唯美的舞蹈。我會(huì)牢記煙草理念，枕著煙草對(duì)我的厚愛(ài)，帶著我對(duì)煙草的深厚愛(ài)戴之情和無(wú)限感激離開(kāi)這個(gè)舞臺(tái)，永遠(yuǎn)會(huì)用一顆感恩的心，回味煙草教給我的一切。
