Doug knew the club manager would notice a package missing sooner or later. Still, he felt this was what he should do at this moment. If he missed this chance, for such strong evidence to top off his case, he could not imagine another time and place for these pills to come by. More importantly, these were pills which he could identify the source. Without another moment of hesitation, he slipped the small package of pills in his pocket. Carefully adjusting the art sculpture placed on the table to make sure it looked more or less like it did before being moved.
