The only long-term solution at hand is to make life in the rural areas more attractive, which would encourage people to remain there. This could be achieved by improving the infrastructure of the villages. Facilities in the rural areas, such as transportation, health and education services, should be improved. Education should include training in advanced methods of farming and other rural industries, so as to make people develop a more enthusiastic attitude towards rural life.
