《美女與野獸》的故事講述的是某一村莊的商人，有六個(gè)孩子，其中小女兒貝兒最為純潔美貌，受盡父親寵愛。一次商人在回家的路上迷了路，睡在森林的一個(gè)廢棄的房子。第二天起來看到園子里有許多玫瑰，于是采了一朵想獻(xiàn)給小女兒。這時(shí)出現(xiàn)一個(gè)怪獸，它要他把命獻(xiàn)給它，或者是把他的一個(gè)女兒的命獻(xiàn)給它。商人回去后將這件事告訴了三個(gè)女兒，但只有小女兒一人愿去。熟悉這個(gè)故事的人都知道，這位長相猙獰的怪獸其實(shí)是一位俊美的王子，他與美女之間隨后上演了一出解除魔咒的美妙童話。
"La belle et la bête" tells the story that a village businessman who have six children.One of his daughters called Belle is most beautiful,and she is bathed in the love of her father.
