David Beckham never lacked heart on the pitch – and he proved he still has plenty of passion as he visited a hospital for ill children on a promotional tour of China.

The former England skipper visited children suffering from congenital heart disease during a visit to Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.

Maybe Becks was missing his own children, but he was very tactile with the kids, happily hugging and playing with them as he chatted with the nurses.

The former Manchester United star wore a casual checked shirt as he met staff and children at the hospital and looked remarkably calm and relaxed after the pandemonium his trip has caused in the country.

貝克漢姆喜歡孩子是眾所周知的事。星期五這天，貝克漢姆穿著一身紅色的格子休閑襯衣前往了綠城醫(yī)院，在那里看望了患有先天性心臟疾病的兒童并詢問了孩子病情。在醫(yī)院，貝克漢姆不僅親切的給孩子簽名，還不自覺的露出了孩子氣的一面，在眾人面前放下身段扮鬼臉逗小孩子開心。

在之后接受采訪時，貝克漢姆說，對于她的父母來說這一定是個很艱難的時刻。因?yàn)楦改笇ψ约汉⒆拥年P(guān)愛是無法用語言表達(dá)的，而且還要承擔(dān)對孩子的責(zé)任。我無法想象她的父母將如何度過這個難關(guān)。但她是個快樂的女孩子，她對我笑的時候我很開心。你們看到的那個鏡頭是我正在做鬼臉，試圖逗她開心。這似乎起到了作用。
