Now, Ms Ghadir, from the name of your company, we can clearly understand that you are in the hotel business. But I believe there is something rather special about Hydro Palace Hotels. Well, we provide a luxury service for an exclusive clientele. But what is unusual about our hotels is the fact that they're under water. When you say 'under water', I assume you mean on the coast or at the water's edge? No, our hotels really are under water - a true submarine holiday experience! Indeed! And not for the average family holiday budget, I suspect. Well, the hotels are not cheap to build, and maintenance and running costs are higher than for hotels on land. So, of course, if we want to make money, we have to charge more than normal hotels. So, how much does it cost to stay in one of your hotels? Well, let's consider the Anemone, which we opened two years ago in Florida, in the USA. One night costs $940 per person. There are 20 double rooms, so the hotel can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 guests. I see.
