（本文由滬江網(wǎng)校2013年英語口譯【高口9月通關班】授課老師王正老師撰寫）
首先要恭喜同學們順利通過了中高級口譯筆試部分的考試。不過通過了筆試，只是良好的開端。諺語說 Well begun is half done. 但如果認為已經成功了一半未免樂觀了些，因為口試部分的淘汰率比筆試部分高的多，許多在筆試部分取得高分的同學，在口試部分落馬的屢見不鮮。所以同學們千萬不要大意，一定要精心準備。
一、口語部分
這部分總體上不難，從往年經驗來看，大多數(shù)同學在備考時有充足的時間準備。只要不信口開河或者磕磕巴巴講不出話，大多數(shù)是沒問題的?？谡Z部分往往結合的是時事熱點問題，以鼓勵同學們盡可能多了解時事英語和熱點詞匯的表達方式。這些也是口譯的基本素質。今年的熱點問題很多，我印象中的熱點話題包括：
（1）轉基因食品安全與否之爭
目前國內對轉基因食品的安全性爭議很大，大多數(shù)人表示懷疑乃至否定。因此，是否需要標明食品含有轉基因成份，是當下里爭議很大的話題。相關詞匯：
轉基因作物genetically modified organism，簡稱GMO
食品安全food security
健康風險health risk
標注labeling
殺蟲劑pesticide
（2）異地高考
異地高考（可以翻譯為NCEE for non-registered residents）是近年來討論較多的話題。一方面，教育專家和社會人士為教育公平而呼吁，要求逐步實現(xiàn)異地高考，而政府也逐步推出相關政策，另一方面本地居民尤其是京津滬等大城市的居民則強烈反對，不希望犧牲自己子女的應有權益。相關詞匯：
高考 National College Entrance Exams?
教育公平 equal access to education?
重點大學 key universities?
類似話題還有：自主招生 independent recruitment；生源 student pool
（3）莫言獲得諾貝爾文學獎（新聞匯總）
這個話題非常新，不知是否來得及列入考題當中。姑且留著這個備用吧，這個本身還是一個很好的討論話題。相關詞匯：
諾貝爾文學獎 Nobel Prize for Literature
莫言 Mo Yan
文學翻譯literary translation
中國文化走出去? Chinese culture going international; internationalization of Chinese culture
其它口語熱點話題依然集中在應試教育、社會道德、環(huán)保、食品安全等方面，大家只要稍加留心就沒有問題。
二、口譯部分
口譯部分的持續(xù)時間較長，題材復雜多樣。難度較大。有的文本句式非常書面化，即使英語基本功還不錯的同學，也無法hold住。對此，我們首先要把握一個基本原則，即以課本為綱。課本內容是最重要的考題來源。
中級口譯常見題型和話題：
外國專家來滬工作
圣誕（或中秋）晚會（常見詞匯：秋高氣爽、合家團圓）
參觀京河高科技園區(qū)（第2單元第4篇課文，常見詞匯：走馬觀花）
外商投資無繩電話（第3單元第3篇課文，800萬美元是個吉利的數(shù)字）
浪漫香檳（第7單元第2篇課文，重要詞匯：pop, fizz 等）
多倫多（第7單元第1篇課文）、華盛頓大教堂、絲綢之路
......
以上列表僅供參考，它們只是出現(xiàn)幾率略大一點，但實際上最充分的準備方法應當是將所有課文都一視同仁，將重要段落背誦下來。這樣才能臨陣不慌。
高級口譯常見題型和話題：
高級口譯的課文內容非常豐富，課文信息量大。且由于考試每次涉及的題量不大，所以這里僅就課外可能涉及的話題談一談。今年口譯可能出現(xiàn)的熱點話題。
（1）倫敦奧運
一如2008年的北京奧運會，這一重要賽事總是能夠吸引大眾的眼球。2012年倫敦奧運會上，中國奧運代表團再次取得輝煌成績，確實可喜可賀。從往年試題來看，直到2010年世博會結束后，世博會等熱門話題依然在考卷中出現(xiàn)。所以如果考一點關于倫敦奧運會的內容，不是沒有可能。常見詞匯和句型參見倫敦奧運會內容>>
（2）釣魚島問題
從國際關系角度，中美關系在中高口的口譯部分出現(xiàn)較多，中日關系則較為罕見。但今年的釣魚島問題確實很嚴重，中日關系嚴重惡化。因此這一話題有可能以某種形式出現(xiàn)在高口的口譯部分，套用一些在國際關系或中美關系中常見的詞匯和句型。

注意：“釣魚島”要用拼音的形式來寫，千萬不要按照日方和美方的說法，說成Senkaku Islands。
