Eve: Josie, your new dog is so cute.

Pete: She’s much cuter than a pig.

Josie: (laughs) Yes, she is.

Eve: (trying to understand) So you got a dog to celebrate the Year of the Dog?

Josie: Yes. I adopted her from the pound.

Pete: That’s great. Too bad this year is almost over.

Josie: I know. But the dog will be good for business.

Eve: So……she will bring you good luck?
