例如：She did not dwell on the details of the matter.（她沒有多講事情的細節(jié)。）

3.Failure：失敗

例如：His failure is due to his carelessness.（他的失敗是由于粗心。）

Heart failure 心力衰竭
Power failure 停電

2.Dropped out：脫離 / 退出；退學

3.Deal：交易

例如：To make / Sign / Close a deal (with somebody) （與某人）達成一筆交易

常用詞組：

No big deal 沒什么大不了；無所謂；沒關系
例如：If I don't win it's no big deal.（我輸了也沒關系。）

4.Turned sour：變壞 / 令人失望 / 變酸（也可比喻感情變調）

例如：After a promising start, things began to turn sour.（起先是很有希望的，后來卻開始變得讓人掃興。）
