各位，國(guó)家在地區(qū)和世界的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力正不斷增加。這是后金融海嘯時(shí)期國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)重要的變化。隨國(guó)家的內(nèi)需、對(duì)外貿(mào)易和對(duì)外投資不斷擴(kuò)大，這個(gè)現(xiàn)象會(huì)不斷深化。在這個(gè)變化的過(guò)程中，香港可以利用本身的優(yōu)勢(shì)，發(fā)揮我們作為國(guó)際金融中心的角色，推動(dòng)人民幣區(qū)域化、國(guó)際化，并提升香港的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，也為內(nèi)地金融開放累積經(jīng)驗(yàn)，促進(jìn)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。

Ladies and gentlemen, we have seen the country's growing economic influence in the region and the world. This is a significant change in the global economic landscape in the post-financial crisis era. This phenomenon will continue to intensify with the country's increasing domestic demand, external trade and overseas investment. In this process, Hong Kong will leverage our strengths as an international financial hub to promote the regionalization and internationalization of Renminbi, to enhance our competitiveness and to accumulate experience for the financial opening-up and further economic development of the country.

國(guó)家今后發(fā)展的方向，是要加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式，優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)。香港的服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展成熟，在國(guó)際上占領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位，加上“一國(guó)兩制”的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)，在“十二．五”時(shí)期可以對(duì)國(guó)家發(fā)展做出新的貢獻(xiàn)?，F(xiàn)在“十二·五”規(guī)劃起草已到了關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻，我們會(huì)積極配合國(guó)家規(guī)劃工作，以充份發(fā)揮香港的功能角色。

Looking ahead, our country is set to accelerate the transformation of its economic development model and optimize its economic structure. With a mature and top-notch services sector, and unique advantages under "One Country, Two Systems", Hong Kong has much to contribute to the country's "12th Five-Year Plan". The drafting work of the Plan has now come to a critical stage. We will do all we can to contribute to the drafting of the Plan and give full play to our strengths to serve the needs of the country.
