比較常見，難度不大。 段落語義雖容易理解，但考生要切忌word by word 的直譯。比如段落多次出現(xiàn)feel這個單詞，如果全部翻譯成“感覺”，就顯得呆板，不切文意。考生翻譯的時候，要根據(jù)語境進行調(diào)整。如“it helps you sleep better and feel more relaxed.”中的feel可淡化，將relaxed從形容詞轉譯為動詞，譯為“放松自己”。“you will feel stronger”中的feel可譯為“發(fā)現(xiàn)”。另外，“Your heart pumps more oxygen-filled blood to all parts of your body with each beat.”這句如果直譯的話，會造成句子意群過多，長度過長，不符合漢語的表達習慣，所以要注意切分句子，化長句會小句。本句中暗含著兩層意思，一個是血液的含氧量會增加，另一個是，心臟每次向身體各部分輸送的血流量會增多。縱觀該段落，只要考生在平時多關注生活常識，對此類文章多加練習，一定會得到不錯的分數(shù)。
