Potica or rolled dough is the most famous Slovenian cake, and it is known almost everywhere in the world and recognized as an ambassador of Slovenia. The festive pastry is made from rolled up and leavened dough, which they overlay with one filling or more, and then the dough is rolled into a roll or oblong loaf, which is baked in a special baking tray and then served in slices. Potica can be prepared with more than 80 different fillings, the most common of which are fillings with tarragon, walnuts, poppy seeds, chives, cheese, and raisins.
波提卡,或卷面團(tuán),是最著名的斯洛文尼亞蛋糕,幾乎在世界各地,它都是很有名的,而且它還被公認(rèn)為斯洛文尼亞大使。這種節(jié)日糕點(diǎn)是用卷起來(lái)的、發(fā)酵好的面團(tuán)制成的,在上面可以鋪上一種或多種餡料,然后把面團(tuán)卷成卷或長(zhǎng)方形的面包,再把它放進(jìn)一個(gè)特制的烤盤里烘烤,之后就可以切片食用了。波提卡有80多種不同的餡料,最常見的是龍蒿葉、核桃、罌粟籽、細(xì)香蔥、奶酪和葡萄干。
