商業(yè)道德（Business Ethics）是指公認(rèn)的道德規(guī)范在具體商業(yè)情景（business situation）和商業(yè)活動(dòng)（commercial activity）中的應(yīng)用。在商務(wù)決策和運(yùn)作過程中，越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)會(huì)遇到這樣的問題：環(huán)境問題（environmental issue）、信用問題（credit issues）、社會(huì)責(zé)任問題（corporate social responsibility）等。因此，遵守商業(yè)道德成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)方式（business practice）的重要環(huán)節(jié)。目前在國(guó)內(nèi)外，商業(yè)道德已經(jīng)被納入主流商務(wù)教育中，如工商管理碩士（MBA）的必修課。
