heads-up其實就有warning的意思，表示“小心，注意”。

4. song and dance

song and dance本身就表示“歌舞表演”，在英式英語里有“不著邊際的廢話”的意思，而在美式英語里，表示“冗長的解釋”。

其實這里可以理解為用花言巧語取悅別人：

He gave us a long song and dance about how he needed money to get home.
他花言巧語地大談他如何急需錢回家。
