2010年7月，科普作家方舟子指新華都集團(tuán)總裁唐駿學(xué)歷造假。“學(xué)歷門”事件過去10個(gè)月后，昨天，有媒體報(bào)道稱唐駿透露花費(fèi)3000多美元獲得了美國西太平洋博士學(xué)位。對(duì)此，方舟子通過微博表示，“唐駿又開始講故事了”。

昨日，《IT時(shí)代周刊》報(bào)道稱，唐駿還原其在美國的求學(xué)經(jīng)歷，承認(rèn)花費(fèi)3000多美元獲得了美國西太平洋博士學(xué)位。唐駿助理李欣昨日表示，上述媒體報(bào)道內(nèi)容只是唐駿與該媒體總編的一番私人對(duì)話，并非公開采訪，而對(duì)于學(xué)歷門事件，“唐駿此前已經(jīng)與我達(dá)成默契，不再公開談?wù)摯耸隆薄?/p>

據(jù)上述媒體的報(bào)道，唐駿選擇西太平洋大學(xué)的理由是：“從校方資料來看，這所學(xué)校各方面條件都很正規(guī)，更重要的是該校還獲加州政府的認(rèn)可”。在美國，只有通過州政府的審批才能辦學(xué)。1993年，唐駿申請(qǐng)了這所學(xué)校。唐駿稱西太平洋大學(xué)“是根據(jù)課程的數(shù)量收錢的，我有很多課都不用修，一般人可能需要一兩萬”。 1995年，唐駿拿到博士學(xué)位。

對(duì)此，方舟子通過微博表示，“唐駿又開始講故事了。西太平洋大學(xué)不是野雞大學(xué)，花3000美元買的學(xué)位，還不是野雞？”

他是中國著名的職業(yè)經(jīng)理人，有“打工皇帝”之稱。曾是微軟中國終身榮譽(yù)主席，盛大集團(tuán)總裁?，F(xiàn)任國內(nèi)集零售、地產(chǎn)、礦業(yè)、科技、旅游于一體的新華都集團(tuán)總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官，公司在香港和內(nèi)地都有上市。

只能說，背景太華麗麗了！想不紅也難哪！

接著我們?cè)賮砘仡櫹氯ツ攴蟹袚P(yáng)揚(yáng)的文憑造假是怎么回事：

In 2010, Tang Jun became the focus of public controversy over his resume. In several of his writings, Tang claimed to hold a doctoral degree in computer science from California Institute of Technology (Caltech). However, Fang Zhouzi checked Caltech's alumni list and lists of doctoral dissertations, and found no records for Tang.

唐駿此前聲稱自己有加州理工大學(xué)的計(jì)算機(jī)博士學(xué)位，然而卻被方舟子挖掘出加州理工大學(xué)校友名單和博士論文里都沒有唐駿的名字。

Fang also discovered that some technical inventions which Tang claimed credit were listed in patent databases as having been invented by other people. Fang accused Tang of fabricating his credentials. Tang later admitted that he did not have a degree from Caltech, and asserted that he had never claimed to have received a degree there, but only conducted research there. He also admitted that he had never gotten any doctorate degree from Nagoya University.

方舟子還發(fā)現(xiàn)，唐駿此前聲稱擁有的專利都是由他人發(fā)明的。方舟子揭露唐駿文憑造假。隨后唐駿承認(rèn)，自己并沒有加州理工大學(xué)的學(xué)位，只是在那里做過研究罷了，同時(shí)也承認(rèn)自己沒有獲得日本名古屋大學(xué)的博士學(xué)位。

Fang asked Tang to provide information about the kind of research and the names of professors at Caltech Tang had worked with. So far, Tang has not provided any relevant information. It raises the question whether Tang has ever conducted any research at Caltech.

不過方舟子繼續(xù)窮追不舍，要求唐駿提供所做研究的證明及合作教授名稱。顯然唐駿拿不出手。

Furthermore, Fang has also pointed out that Pacific Western University was named a diploma mill by the United States Government General Accounting Office in a report to the United States Congress.

八卦還不止這些，方舟子指出，唐駿所讀的美國西太平洋大學(xué)實(shí)為美國相關(guān)部門認(rèn)定的野雞學(xué)?！?/span>

Mr. Tang holds a doctorate degree in electrical engineering from University of Pacific Western, a doctorate degree in electronics from Nagoya University, Japan, a master's degree in electronics from Nagoya University and a bachelor's degree in physics from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
