Beth : Do you prefer teamwork or working individually?
貝斯：你喜歡團(tuán)隊(duì)工作還是單獨(dú)工作？

Sally: Actually I prefer working on my own, but I understand the benefits of teamwork.
莎莉：說(shuō)實(shí)話我喜歡單獨(dú)工作，可我知道團(tuán)隊(duì)工作的好處。

Beth : Why don't you like teamwork Sally?
貝斯：你為什么不喜歡團(tuán)隊(duì)工作，莎莉？

Sally: Sometimes people are lazy when they work in teams and do nothing!
莎莉：有的時(shí)候一起工作讓人變得很懶，什么都不干。

Beth : That's not a good team then. Everyone should do equal work and take equal credit.
貝斯：那可不是好的團(tuán)隊(duì)。每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該付出辛苦然后共同分享成果。

Sally: What are the main benefits of teamwork?
莎莉：團(tuán)隊(duì)工作最大的好處是什么？

Beth: If you work as a team, you can hear ideas and solutions that you would never have thought about by yourself.
貝斯：大家合作的時(shí)候你會(huì)聽(tīng)到一些你自己從不會(huì)想到的觀點(diǎn)和方案。

Sally : So teamwork has some major benefits then?
莎莉：這么說(shuō)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作還是有一些益處的。

Beth: Right! Just like when we study English as a team!
貝斯：說(shuō)得對(duì)！就像我們一起學(xué)英語(yǔ)一樣！
