41題，從意思上做。第一句的意思是說(shuō)，所有號(hào)稱要一夜之間要將25英鎊變?yōu)?25英鎊的計(jì)劃都是騙人的（scam是騙局）。而政府的一個(gè)新行動(dòng)是例外（exception）。如果有also，那么政府的計(jì)劃就是和前面一樣也是騙局?？蛇@里的意思正好是相反的。所以去掉also。

42題，這題答案很明顯。一個(gè)句子主謂賓都很齊全，scheme是主語(yǔ)，is是謂語(yǔ)。介詞by在這里多余。

43題，意思重復(fù)了。Life-long已經(jīng)是終身了，life-long learning終身學(xué)習(xí)，whole多余。而且只能去掉whole而不是life-long，因?yàn)槭且揎條earning的。

44題，正確的

45題，provided that，考慮到,后面provided that引導(dǎo)的句子就是前面一部分的條件，沒(méi)有轉(zhuǎn)折的意思，去掉but。

46題，去掉even，要從句子意思上理解。這句是緊跟著上文接著闡述offer當(dāng)中包含培訓(xùn)課程，就是很簡(jiǎn)單的敘述事實(shí)，沒(méi)有意思上的強(qiáng)調(diào)，不需要even。

47題，more recreational activities，還有更多的休閑活動(dòng)。直接more后面接形容詞修飾名詞，不需要介詞of。

49題，do an evening class in cake decorating，上一個(gè)關(guān)于cake decorating的課程，定冠詞the是表示特指的，尤其是上文指代過(guò)的，一般是上文提到的。這里就是普通的描述，沒(méi)有特指的意思，去掉定冠詞the。

P.S：定冠詞多余，這種錯(cuò)法在改錯(cuò)里非常常見(jiàn)，一路從中級(jí)考到了高級(jí)，多做幾套題，對(duì)這種錯(cuò)法就有識(shí)別能力了。

50題，update是及物動(dòng)詞，后面直接跟賓語(yǔ)，update your internet skills，更新技能，不用on.
