1. Opening or introduction 開頭或簡述
第一段陳述寫信的原因,基本明確信件內容。可包括以下內容:告知收到來信/提及一次見面或接觸/引出要談論的事情

這部分應得出符合邏輯的結論:表明希望收信人采取何種行動/說明鑒于上述情況你將采取什么行動
