BEC商務(wù)英語初級考試中，商務(wù)書信寫作也是比較常見的文章體裁。一封好的商業(yè)書信應(yīng)該體現(xiàn)出語言自然精練、行文流暢、可讀性高的文體風(fēng)格。對于這種類型的寫作，我們應(yīng)該注意哪些問題，怎么寫才語言到位、表達(dá)意思到位?

　　一、自然

　　商業(yè)書信的寫作必須力求“自然”，不能滿篇都是過時(shí)的商業(yè)行話。商業(yè)書信要求可讀性強(qiáng)。

　　為了使信讀起來生動(dòng)有趣，寫信人應(yīng)該盡量避免使用單調(diào)的語言，力求使語言結(jié)構(gòu)富于變化?？墒褂玫姆椒ㄓ校?/p>

　　1. 變化文法結(jié)構(gòu)

　　變換句子的文法結(jié)構(gòu)也可提高信文的可讀性。寫信時(shí)不要千篇一律地使用同一種表達(dá)方法。

　　2.增強(qiáng)書信的可讀性，還應(yīng)注意運(yùn)用精練的語言

　　商業(yè)書信必須語言精練，能用一個(gè)單詞的地方盡量不要使用多個(gè)單詞。

　　例如： 高冗余度語言

　　Inasmuch as we require active consideration prior to making a decision, I am afraid that, in the circumstances, you will have to wait. .

　　低冗余度語言

　　As we need to consider before making a decision, I am afraid you will have to wait.

　　二、商業(yè)書信的語氣

　　商業(yè)書信中寫信人使用哪種語氣十分重要，這可以反映出寫信人和收信人之間的關(guān)系。

　　積極的語氣

　　以下例子上面三個(gè)句子采用提“中性”的語氣，而下面相應(yīng)的三個(gè)句子語氣則顯得積極。這種積極的語氣可以使一個(gè)句子聽上去更有誠意。

　　中性

　　I am in receipt of your order for 250 pairs of Niky ?Conga? sports shoes. .

　　You failed to send your order to us before the new prices were introduced. ..

　　We cannot devote much time to your visit as the March Sales figures are being compiled and we are very busy. ..

　　積極

　　Thank you for your recent order for 250 pairs of Niky ?Conga? sports shoes.

　　Unfortunately, we did not receive your order before the new prices were introduced

　　We shall devote as much time to your visit as our hectic schedule will permit

　　以您為先的語氣

　　寫信時(shí)要盡可能讓收信人感到是你親息寫信給他們。

　　例句：

　　以我為先

　　We shall be able to install Cable TV shortly.

　　I am afraid we cannot deliver at the weekend.

　　I regret to inform you that we cannot refund your deposit unless you return the goods within a week.

　　以您為先

　　You will be pleased to hear that you will soon be able to receive Cable TV.

　　You can have your goods delivered any weekday.

　　I am pleased to inform you that you will be able to receive a full refund of deposit if you return the goods within a week.

　　三、撰寫書信時(shí)下列幾件事情必須避免：

　　1、指責(zé)對方犯錯(cuò)

　　2、推卸自己的責(zé)任

　　3、漠視客戶的問題

　　4、拒絕幫助對方

　　5、對對方的幫助毫不領(lǐng)情
